Oliver is a first-class communicator and is quick to build trust. He uses a psychotherapeutic approach to mediation to help parties find workable solutions to a wide range of emotive and contentious disputes.

Experienced in face to face and distance mediation, he is able to use both traditional mediation and modern long distance mediation techniques to ensure that all clients are able to engage in the mediation process.

With his background in elder law, private business, shareholder disputes, probate, trusts, tax and property he is ideally placed to assist clients with difficult disputes.
