Running your own mediation practice course

Aimed at both newly qualified mediators and those who have been in practice for some time; this course is designed to teach you the necessary skills in running your own mediation practice.

When we qualify as mediators we know how to mediate. What we may not know is how to clerk that session, ensuring the necessary contracts have been exhanged, that the venue is organised, that insurance is in place, that the parties know when to turn up, that agreements are drafted, and so on…

But that is the session.

What about advertising and getting clients through the door. Build it and they will come does not apply to ADR practice, so should we use google ads? Or Facebook ads? What about social media presence in general and networking events.

More than we need to be aware of CRM databases, GDPR compliance, Diary management, Payment services and Web design.

So where to start?

This course is designed so that we can share some of our experiences and show you what you need to make sure you are successful and earning money from your hard earned skills.

If you are thinking about your own mediation practice we would go further than saying this course is a recommended; we would say it is essential.
