Penelope is an experience mediator who has worked across multiple disciplines as well as delivering specialist mediation training. 

Penelope was one of the mediators on the National Mediation Helpline providing both time limited mediation and longer traditional sessions. Her approach to mediation concentrates on the causation of the dispute helping parties to reach an outcome that works for them. 

Penelope has a passion for extending mediation practice to those who need it most. She has been an instrumental part of many community mediation schemes often volunteering her time to these worthy causes.
